Everyone else seems to be too busy with their own successes to even notice, and this leads our hero into a hopeless question. "Who really can love someone like me?"

The answer comes from the most unlikeliest source. Herself?!?

Spike sets off on a solo camping trip as a vacation given to him by Twilight Sparkle for being such a hard worker, when he sees an unexpected face.

Maud Pie, Pinkie’s more serious and stony-faced (pun intended) sister, shows up at his house bearing gifts for him for the trip.

Spike knows Maud well enough that she’s trying to be nice, but why? Why is she? She hardly even knows him.

Or does she...?

When Twilight first came to Ponyville, Pinkie-Pie knew that there would be yet another awesomtasicular friend for her to meet; but she never expected to find love. Nope, not just the Hearts-and Hooves Day love; but real, honest and genuine love. This makes Pinkie-Pie VERY happy.

Well, except for the fact she found out that Spike was in love with Rarity... and it’s the only thing that makes her very unhappy... and the fact that she rarely brings it up in order to be strong to her friends...

The only problem, Rainbow-Dash doesn’t feel the exact same way. In fact, she feels guilty for ditching her friend’s earlier offer to hang out. Seeing this as a chance to ignite a new spark in their friendship, Rarity offers to make it up to her friend by letting Rainbow be the center of an entire day.
