Chuck Greene, a former motor-cross champion comes to Ponyville, but he isn't who he used to be, hence the loss of his infected daughter, Katey who died because Chuck failed to find some Zombrex for her in time and she turned. He has spent his days filled with self hate and guilt and has lost his sanity in the progress, only his motor bike remaining as a part of his past.
