Before the war, Sky Dreamer was just a young friendly pegasus. Now, the war affected him in a terrible way. All that he knew seemed to be lies, he became a slave and lost all he cared about because of the war.
Trying to get his life back, or at least one bit of it, he chooses to risk everything to find his place in the divided country, and writes the events of his life in a journal.
How far can a normal pegasus like him go in this war? How will the past come back to haunt him? How will he decide his fate when any choice will cost him dearly?

This looks really good. And don't worry about making Twilight look evil, it is a part of ED's AU. And while Twilight is my preferred character in MLP FiM, I still like this fic so far, and I am eager to read Sky Dreamer's journal's next part.
Very interesting so far. I look forward to reading more, though I would like to ask that you move this fic to the House Moon and Star folder in Equestria Divided, since they are the predominate House in this fic.

2339300 Moon and Star will be featured/mentioned during the whole fic, but they are really the spot only in the first 2 chapters, Sky Dreamer will eventually get to see all houses

But in a way, yes, most of the story is how he sees every House, I added it to Whitegold because he joined them in the end. I dunno, I think it fits both.
I love this story but I also want you to know that (not really a criticism) you haven't used any gender qualifiers for Sky Dreamer through the entire story. This entire time I thought Sky Dreamer was a girl
I reread the intro and must have mentally switched everything to she there.
