It's impossible for normal weapons (i.e., a geth cruiser) to destroy a mass relay. Instead, maybe have the ME3 ending affect how they get to Equestria.
2202117 Well, actually the Mass Relay itself wasn't damaged, the weapons that were fired, which use there own mass effect fields, affected the relays own field, permanently shifting the direction it 'tosses' objects. Oh, and thanks for the read!
