I'm working on the story as we speak. Knowing how fast I can think up ideas and type, I should have it done within possibly 1-2 hours. Then whoever wants to make the next suggestion while I'm typing this chapter, go ahead and I'll see about working on it and maybe get it finished today as well.

I'm going to be honest; I hate this OC. Dragonkin? What the fuck are you talking about?

Teacher's Pet was good because it started out as a relatively strange paraphilia that I could neither understand or discredit due to personal choice, what made the story jump to my blacklist though was the atmosphere that Foxi wrote in and the disturbing twist ending.
Your a great writer (and I am a rather cynical person who obviously has too much time on his hands writing this) and the story was relatively realistic but the scenes were kind of rushed and often left things as 'just so'.
Pay a little more attention to why the character feels that particular way, or does who he or she is commanded to not just because of a spur of the moment feeling they suddenly have.
For instance why does thunder behave that way around her brother or follow orders. Months of being 'trained' and eventually broken? or a sexually repressed lifestyle that welcomes a screw from however offers it?
And secondly Cheerilie covered her tracks in forged paperwork that police services could not disprove, and not even Fluttershy is cute enough to resist arrest

Check the original Teacher's Pet. It was explained that they don't have a sexual relationship, and that the collar and leash was more or less just to keep Derpy from breaking things. It would deviate from the original story if I did Doctor/Derpy, so sorry. I would love to, but with that one statement from the original story, it isn't allowed.

Fluttershy isn't necessarily breaking the law because even though it sort of is rape, actually nevermind, it is rape. I guess she is breaking the law, ugh. Well now I don't know what to do unless I get her put in jail in the next chapter (if there ever is one).
Also remember that Thunderbolt was only a pet for a day at the time. She did say in the original story that her and Soarin' had a meeting the next day, so she didn't really have time to be trained or broken. She also didn't resist because, well... um... dang. Well I can't even remember my own story very well.

Oh and about it being rushed, I had some serious writer's block and couldn't think of anything to write so I kind of just ended it. If I could get some ideas on how to mix up the fun a bit it may have been less rushed. Clopfics and the like are not my specialty, I admit.

Want an easy explanation for AJ? She would never tell anyone, she might keep getting caught, keep getting humiliated, she might even let it happen 'willingly' once or twice but I doubt she would ever tell anyone what happened for fear of shame.
If she ever did though you could do a prison power scene where fluttershy can meet some other enthusiasts to fixate on (or have her wash up on the shores of several beaches simultaneously if Mac loses his cool)

Ugh, got 2 stories I need to work on now. I'll get started with the CMC chapter of this tomorrow, and then I'll flip a coin or something to decide which to write on the next day. Big Mac and flower ponies will happen, just don't know when. Wanting to do the CMC first since we just had AJ. And knowing Applebloom she's probably going to be the one to bring this idea to the Crusaders as a way to get their cutie marks, so I thought it would make sense.
Probably sooner or later the whole town is going to be just pets and masters, and then later, all of Equestria! I actually wouldn't mind that.
The CMC chapter is taking longer than expected, sorry. Trying out a new writing style and it's slowing me down. Will have it out as soon as I can.
