The freezing snow and ice of the mountain passes whipped Twilight’s mane around, tugged at her tail and made it all but impossible to see without the use of her magic. Not for the first time did she wish for the companionship of her friends.
“Thank Celestia for this cloak Rarity gave me. I would have frozen long since without it.” Twilight muttered to herself. Her horn glowed briefly, and the hood and cloak dragged itself up on her back and close around.

Switched from 1st person to 3rd and back to 1st. That's the only problem I saw. Keep up the good work.
