Not a chapter. I'm sorry but I will be on a, announced, hiatus. I have ffallen out of the writing mood and my friends and I have started making a board game because Econ is boring. When I have regained the mood, and the board game either works or dies, I won't be on here to much. Sorry to kill your hopes of another chapter. Maybe if I get enough feedback I'll get back into the mood quicker.
