Fic in a bio: Staring into rain, he whispered: "It could go horribly wrong, staying here." Silence almost agreed, but a soft smile in the door offered: "Yes...but it could also go horribly right."

An entry for a 72 hour write-off on mlpchan. The prompt was: "The words we couldn't say." (Although it says "Sad" as a tag, I assure you that it turns into one of those "feel good" stories in the end.)

Luna, now back from banishment and having been released from Nightmare Moon, has reservations about who she is and how the rest of the world sees her. Although she desperately wants to make amends with her sister, she can't force herself to bring it up in a conversation, and it eventually takes the magic touch of her sister to set things right once again.

(Humorously enough, due to a time zone difference I found that instead of being early for submissions, I was two hours too late. Go figure...anyhow, I hope you enjoy it!)

Very sweet. Not much more that needs to be said.

Luna’s fondest memories lie deep within the towers of Canterlot castle, back when the sisters used to sit side by side in the evenings.

This should actually be "lay deep", since "lie deep" is present tense and thus conflicts with the rest of the paragraph.

Her sister, Celestia, who’s sense of right and wrong was almost unparalleled, couldn’t handle making a decision between her sister and Equestria.

"Who's" here should be "whose", since expanding the contraction to "who is" or "who has" doesn't make sense.

You're supposed to remain anonymous about your fic until the write-off is over.

I was two hours too late anyways - I messed up on the time zone differences. That's why I posted it here...since it really didn't matter anymore.

That brings up another question...if I never submitted this, then how did you find this specific story? I couldn't submit it, and I never posted it on the MLPchan page. Was it just a random search?

1690247 I like to click on stuff on the front page and flip through them.

Wow... This actually made me tear up. I could picture this story so clearly in my head and it was definitely heart-felt. Bravo!

I love when the authors touch the emotional section of what happened with Nightmare Moon. A conversation or a coexistence like this was so lacking in the show...
