I like this, it's more interesting than the typical dommy Fluttershy, and she's ashamed about it. It's a good origin story, and it's pretty interesting. Though, I did expect her to use the needle more when she stabbed it into her frog- (the pad of her hoof)

I'm getting worried for Fluttershy. She seems to be entirely into sharp trauma - all fine and well, but that's a lot easier to go wrong with, especially solo. Especially when, as is happening here, you get closer and closer to trauma being an accurate description, and not a technical one.
