They most definitely will at some point okay.
The chapter is very messy. Some events are unclear where they occur. The unwarranted appearances of unknown third parties break the narrative. The canonical events of the series have not been changed for the current world setting. And, if we talk about the setting, the names of third parties are more similar to China or Korea than to Japan.
In general, the idea is not bad, but at the moment the elaboration and implementation of the idea suffers greatly.
