Thanks. In the original series Dracula was rude and sometimes act crazy. But in this story he is affable and can be nice to people he consider as his friends and unlike in the original series he is capable of backing up his title as the king of the vampire.
In case you couldn’t tell the Alicorn is base of sunset pony form and unlike the monster that Mandy had grim brought to life in its Hokey Mon's she would not disappear in the next chapter and will be part of future chapters. Basically this chapter introduced a new original character. In addition to that Hoss and Dracula will appear at times to help sunset ,the Ed’s and grim at their adventure. I feel like the part with the burning mouth is from the Simpson where Bart gave Homer carnosine to drink and his mouth caught fire and the other part is from Phineas and Ferb's character Dofhinzmerts that always put a self-destruct feature in all of his inventions including the robot army as one step they blow up.
I guess it would makes sense that the dazzling would have had a run in with grim in the time they been on earth.
P.S I think it funny double d can buy magic but not cruses.
