This Saiyan OC has a very, very, very, very long way to go to be on par at Dragon Ball Super power levels.
Even if he does achieve the first Super Saiyan transformation. He will still be "weak" in the eyes of everybody from Super.
He needs to find a way to achieve Super Saiyan grades, Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan 3, hopefully Super Saiyan 4. And somehow achieve God KI to get the Saiyan God forms.

Don't believe me battle of God's couldn't beat Beerus, resarection F need a timeline do over, Goku black got slapped it like a bitch and had to be fixed by Xeno, univers six tournament in needed the kaio Ken and still lost, tournament of power replaced by Ultra Instinct and let's forget the Moro ark of the manga where Goku literally gets fisted through the chest while using perfected blue.
