Umm, ok, fiest I thought this was a story about anxiety and panic attacks, then as I continued to read, I changed my mind and thought that maybe it's about paranoia or schizophrenia.Now however...I really don't know.So I'll try to combine all and theorize that Pinkie got anxiety and panic attacks because she became aware of us, the readers?and she gets progressively worse to the point of paranoia/schizophrenia and kills her friends?
Also, one thing I don't get:what actually happened to Twilight?

Uh, I have no better way to explain other than Twilight overthinking that everyone looking at Pinkie—again with the theme of eyes—is what caused Pinkie to feel unwell. Twilight herself isn't aware of 'us'. As such, she reacted by getting rid of what made Pinkie sick: everyone's eyes, including her own. Fun, right?
