Fragmented how? It is a partial rewrite of a speedwriting entry, so I can understand why it might be, but I'd like to learn where I made mistakes so I can fix them/avoid making them in the future.

I wouldn't say it's a mistake really. It's how the story is built. It runs on two separate timelines, what's happening right now, and flashbacks to explain it. I'd love to see where you're going with this. How did they end up being pen friends, why they decided to meet and more.

Thanks! I'm definitely going to be working on that. Right now I'm trying to think of which kind of chapter I'm going to work on next, but I definitely will have all that explored by the end.

Consensual Mind Control isn't unheard of, but it's so rare in seeing it nowadays in stories. Otherwise, I like the interaction between the two. Junebug really into it but shy about it; while Cicada is good at pretending to be the 'evil' changeling but also a softie on the inside. I wonder how far Cicada will push it, but to be honest, Junebug would be more than thrilled about it. If this chapter is anything to go by.
