Dise, Celestia's paradise, city of vice and sin, the last great city in the Wasteland. For 200 years it has stood as the last remnants of the greatest of civilization before the war. A city where your dreams can come true, where everything can be brought, where a lucky night could mean fortune or tragedy. Heaven where sin is rewarded and greedy is the path to glory.

From around the Wasteland, all come seeking to bath in its riches, most fail. But the few who succeded find true Heaven.

However, the city of dreams is about to get two unlikely visitors. After their victory against Dwan and her machine goddess, the Demon Mares decide to take a vacation in paradise(without Blackjack). Rampage and Lacunae seeking some R&R (without Blackjack), to treat themselves, and to seek out their greatest joys(without Blackjack). But is the city of sin ready for the chaos these two mares of destruction can bring? Can the city survive ponies who can destroy it? Only time can tell.
