nicely done! And that with MIdnight and Beatrix, quite a twist

Thank you, that twist has been in the back of my mind for a while!

You're welcome, you did well with it! Actually, gives me a funny thought
Midnight's Reaction if he had been told about his short lifespan at any given moment excluding this one:
"...Fuck."
Honestly, I love Lightendark so much because it isn't just a universal clash for supremacy, but more like a large family feud! That just puts a nice ring to it, don't ya think? Cute how Beatrix wished she had a brother and that product was Lightendark Midnight. Also, I never expected Dion and Ewe to be related to Grogar or Mini Trix popping up, or Shadow Scythe hesitating.

Lightendark has a lot of inspirations from myths, cryptids, and interconnectivity. Family is essential in many cultures.
Honestly, it's obvious of Oona, Dion, and Grogar's relations. That's how Oona, in particular, started before I fleshed her out. Though, since you're a multi-timeline nut, I'll leave you to ponder over a scenario if she did follow in her grand uncle's footsteps~
Mini-Trix was Sharaz's idea, but I think her inclusion adds funny antics to the story.
I believe a previous comment mentioned that Shadow Scythe is really struggling to justify her hatred for Beatrix, which is what I keep in mind when writing her.

*When Nota Says about Alternative Timelines*
Me: REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Yeah, Mini Trix is so funny that it wouldn't be the same without her.
Huh, must've missed it. Though she has become a bit less 'evil' (depends on who you ask) compared to before.
1) Great, another compromise. Sounds like Grogar will try to use his former connection with Oona as leverage against her.
2) That brings a very disturbing question. Does Beatrix actually cause more harm than good for all of her best intentions?
3) Must every good man in this series be doomed to live half a lifespan!?
4) Just who was the deer? Are they in league with Doppia? Speaking of which, what does Doppia herself want with Beatrix that she just knocked her out when she could have easily killed her herself?
5) The problem is that they only know that one step to the Omega Prophecy. If their goal is to end all life, then I can't wait to see the looks on their faces when it turns out that the prophecy won't end the Multiverse.
6) Shadow Scythe turned away believing Beatrix to be a monster, but is she really any better? For all I know, she's probably killed just as many people under the impression that they were "mercy kills".
7) Following up on one of my previous points, why has no one asked Zeloph's party what they will do when there's no life left to destroy? It seems more and more like a massive oversight with each passing chapter.

1) Thankfully that didn't happen! Oona may have learned a lot from her uncle, but it was not a pleasant experience.
2) It's heavily hinted some things would have been better if she didn't interfere.
3) Only if they're sexually active as it seems. :P
4)
-You'll learn more about her next chapter!
-Doppia is like a cat. She spends a lot of time playing with her prey rather than killing it.
5) The universe is very vast, so it would definitely take a very long time until everything is destroyed.
6) Oh no, she has. She's a hypocrite. The issue lies that Shadow Scythe can no longer justify hating Beatrix anymore and will have to come to terms with her newfound empathy.
7) Hmm, perhaps it wasn't clear. Zeloph and Shadow Scythe don't want the Omega Prophecy to happen. They're playing along with Doppia until they can undo the Burning King's binding. I will say this, though; Doppia has her own agenda regarding the End of Days.
10813276
Well, Penumbra has a full lifespan ahead, assuming nothing bad happens!
I figure Beatrix's group either sees the Burning King's party as typical villains who need to be stopped (Such as the sheltered Cerise) or assume they're using the Burning King for their own agendas. (Beatrix's thoughts.) Plus some like Dion are kind of hit first, ask questions later.
They don't really know Doppia, and Beatrix at least knows what Zeloph and Shadow Scythe are typically about. (Purifying the world and seeking power respectively.) I imagine Lady Ewe would seek answers if the opportunity arose.
10813328
Just so I'm clear, prophecies cannot create or destroy, right? So neither the Omega Prophecy nor The End of Days mean the utter end of the Multiverse.
10813537
Sort of. While the Omega Prochery means the end of all life, there's a chance it could never come to fruition so long as step one doesn't happen (meaning the Burning King never leaves Pathos). There are three other steps afterward that will be revealed through the story, but step one is the most important as it guarantees the prophecy will come true.
10813555
Aren't some prophecies self-fulfilling, meaning that they don't need external help to occur?
Spelling error there. Sorry, couldn't resist.
10813328
4) Sorry, I utterly misread that paragraph. The deer actually helped carry Beatrix out of the snow, but we still won't know her motives until the next chapter.
10813573
Not even my comments are safe. DX
Some are, yes. The prophecy around Abby, for example, isn't really about what steps must happen as it it is when it'll happen.
