Nice of Flash and Twi to get advice from their families. I was a bit surprised by Twi revealing she was dating Timber in secret, but I kinda understood when she explained herself, especially the part with Shining Armor.

I like how you worked in that moment in "Unsolved Selfie Mysteries" where Timber uses Twilight as a human shield. It contrasts well to what Flash does when faced with a real monster attack.
You're right, it wasn't the most dramatic version of their breakup you've done but I guess it fits the story. I kinda like how things are between Flash and Twilight right now. They are just starting out officially as friends but have the potential to be more. I don't mind if you decide to work more on this continuity or on your other one which is already more established and the two of them are already married. Either one will be nice.

Okay, honestly, I don't know for sure if Vincent Tong is Chinese, but Tong as a surname originated from China. I also saw a picture of him and his family celebrating his mom's birthday at one of those sit-down Chinese restaurants with the turntables in the middle on his Twitter. My extended family in California also does that for birthdays, so I guess I just assumed that our families came from similar cultural backgrounds.
Oh my gosh, I think Flash and Sci-Twi having met as children is now going to become my new favorite headcanon. It fits really well when you think about their reactions upon seeing each other (or each other's counterpart).
This was so cute, especially the first part with them as kids! (Kinda wanna draw that, hehe. Maybe later). Also I'd be lying to myself if I said I didn't enjoy it when you make Flash look 10x better than Timber in a story like this, sorry not sorry
Oh my gosh I love the "staying up thinking about each other all night" trope heheAww, I thought grandpa Lionheart and grandma Birdie's backstory was pretty sweet. You're always so great at writing family interactions.

Funny enough, Vincent Tong is the only Ninjago actor who is of Asian descent. I also think he uses a similar voice to (or even the same voice) Kai for Flash's voice.
