which means that I have to obey Rule #9

I've seen plenty of people ignoring the last rule in that section - posting "chapters" that consist of why the story's been cancelled, or on hiatus, or having nothing but a link to a blog explaining why - so I think you'd be just fine with ignoring Rule #9.
...Hey, unintentional rhyme!

It's the rule #9 that states no underage characters in sexual situations in Anthro/Human stories.

Rule #9. Therefore, all characters (that engage in sexual acts at least) are of legal age. *grinds teeth in frustration*

Why would that rule make you do that?

It limits my storytelling options. See previous works by me for examples.

This is certainly a new look into Coco Pommel's life. Perhaps she built up a lot of confidence in herself after rarity helped to free her of Suri Polomare? This Coco is definitely proud to be who she was and not worried about trying all sorts of things to achieve good looks, good feels, and be a center of attention. This latter point is good for someone making a name for themselves in any business setting.

This is also the first time I read someone reference 'Dotty The Pony' diapers in FiM. They are quite cozy to wear and, in most cases, very affordable for what could be seen as the closest thing to an MLP pamp.

Nice descriptions of Coco's feelings along with how, regardless of how she feels, she knows how to still go out in style. :)

Indeed you are correct, she is rather more outgoing than she was at first in the show. This is for two reasons, one this story has kind of a near future setting, a few years beyond season 9 or so, and this gives her plenty of time to be more confident and outgoing though not in any position of authority like Rarity. And second, I am writing this story a little bit as a self-insert using Coco as a proxy so she is taking on some of my real life personality and choices. Basically she makes many of the same decisions I would make if I were in her situation. I try to live by the adage of "write whet you know" so my writing is best when I can closely identify with a character. Interestingly much of the clothing she owns and wears in this story is very similar to things I wear irl too. Glad you caught the Dotty the Pony diaper reference, I wear them more often than any others because as you say they cost half as much per diaper as many specifically abdl brands and they look and feel just as good. Though they are not quite as thick as say Little Fantasy diapers (which are my favorite of anything I have yet tried). Anyway, hope you continue to enjoy the story.

It is refreshing to hear another author who is able to use a fictional character to show a bit of self-expression.

I have two versions of my character, Yosh. One is, like me in real life, totally blind and the other is not.

I lost the rest of my sight in 2016 but use special technology to relate with the world. I also have a lot of good friends who help me 'see' through descriptions.

One of these days, I want to get more Dotty The Pony pamps. They are really comfy. The quality is astounding for a product that is $10 less than what you may find on other sites that make cozy padding that is up to overnight use.

I look forward to additional chapters in the story here. Especially since you are sharing a little of you through the work. All writers share a piece of themselves through their work but making a character proxy to experiment with ideas is a lot of fun and has helped me to do a lot and overcome big life traumas I would not have otherwise been able to move beyond. :)

Well I'm happy to know that you enjoy my story so far, short as it still is, I honestly don't think of my stories as being particularly profound so I'm not sure if they will live up to your standards lol. As I have told others before I write the stories I had hoped to find on this site but didn't (as least not often) My fetish interests are very specific and I don't enjoy much if any deviation from them so I often have to write what I want to read.

A nice continuation / slice of life chapter.
What I like about this work is how it focusses a lot on Coco's self-perception of herself along with how she perceives the world around her. She appears to be in a stage in life where she is happy being who she is but doesn't want to come off too outgoing in fear of being misjudged, negatively critiqued, etc.

In my own life's journey, I found building self-acceptance is actually easier than knowing you can remain confident regardless of what others may 'say' or show through body language.

Being 100% blind, and having very little eyesight prior to this, saved me from ill body language responses. Though this made me paranoid as I never knew if I was being a bother, or not, while out with others.

I've found tight clothing can be very comforting in some situations. I ordered a pair of footie-jammies and a Dotty The Pony onesie that were both just a bit too small. However they hold firmly and the 'pressure' feels like an embrace. Quite soothing. Though I've always been a cuddler and, if I can't get hugs and cuddles from someone else, I'll find other ways to feel soothed.

A bit shorter than the previous chapters, this one is, but the next chapter will be a bit longer according to my outline. I am not one to dive right into sex scenes but prefer a few thousand words of setting and character development first.

As I've eluded to before a lot of Coco's clothing and that of the other characters is based on things currently in my own closet, but often one step sexier than what I actually own. I'm very gender fluid irl, but would not consider myself a crossdresser because to me girl and guys clothes are equally normal for me to wear at home or in public.

And as you note she does have a strong willingness to be outgoing but is still a little shy about it, though she hides it well. Again, same for me irl.

Pretty good, can't wait for the next chapter!

please write the next chapter
