I have seriously edited this since first uploading. I'd nuke it and resubmit,but apparently you can't upload the same story twice.
This is a love story between Derpy Hooves and my OC pony showing how friends become lovers.It is a sweet story showing the bright side of life and love.
It does have some verbosity to it, but that is by craft.My aim has been to create a fully realised OC that could feasibly
stand alongside cannon ponies.

Hey everypony, look out for a big edit to this and a second chapter to complete this "episode" of the what I may call the Stormbolt Strike adventures. Brohoofs to the supporters!
Eh, if I would need to talk about any problems with the story, the main one is that Derpy doesn't seem Derpy. At least she seems new voiced Derpy, so if you were going for that, I say you nailed it on the head.
Though, also, it seems a bit cliched of a story. No real plot or meaning to it, just that it seems a somber pony falls in love with a childhood friend, which helps him start living, not just "survive" through the days. Though he is to bullheaded/somber to notice childhood friend's feelings. Sorry if I'm sounding harsh, it's just that it really seems that way.

it was good dont get me wrong....it felt a little rushed if you could add more chapters or spread this out it would be even better
IDK why the hell so many people would dislike this. It isn't objectionable! It's sweet... Okay it does need improvement, but wht the hell...
