My name is FangFang Whooves and I WAS the princess of a kingdom known only by Celestia and Luna themselves. They hushed my people up because at the beginning, they were blood thirsty cannibalistic killers. Once I was born to King Daggermane and Queen Bloodshot, my rule was yet to come. My mother died in the great battle for Equestria giving birth to me and my father died later battling it out with fair Luna. I have nothing against the two princesses. I admire them. I also admire Queen Chrysalis of the Changeling kingdom for she is my godmother. When my rule began, my first task was to clean up the cannibalistic ways of my subjects. I outlawed the 'game' of travelling to the Equestria Prime for kills. If you look at a map of Equestria, you will not see us as we are invisible to normal ponies. Dragons make their homes here and we get many visits from changelings too. The second thing I changed was the hate for the 2 princess who raised the precious sun and moon for us. After a few thousand years of my ruling, somepony dare challenge me and I fled to Equestria Prime for advice from the Princess I looked up to most but was shunned by other ponies. Princess Luna of the Dark. These to changes were yet to come but you are here by reading a story of basically, my life.
There are heaps of chapters to come so don't mind the lack of words.

Ok, where to start on this one. Well why dont I start on the title 'Outcast'. This title clearly refers to the fact that Equestrian ponies reject this kingdom of cannibalistic ponies. However Im failing to see how they are outcasts when clearly dragons and changelings appear to both be very friendly with them. Your nation isnt one of outcasts if two different nations are very fond of your people while only one nation really hates them. Thats like saying all Americans are outcasts because the Taliban dont care much for them
. Unless its later explained in the story that the ponies populating this kingdom where thrown out or are refugees, in which case they then are outcasts. Now lets go back to an earlier statement I made, 'a kingdom of cannibalistic ponies'. First of all realistically a faction that is mostly populated by cannibals wouldnt be able to hold up any real organized government let alone a monarchy, there is a reason why the only cannibalistic communities left on earth in reality are often depicted as small tribes out in the jungle with little to no technology. Now a second thing; when I was reading the description I couldnt help but think 'WTF is this and why am I reading it?!' 
. This is probably the weirdest fic I'v come across on this site so far. Try to back up and work on a simpler story because you cant handle complex stories as is evident from the desc. Im a bit tired of chewing out the story so I'll try to point out a few other oddities or mistakes as quickly as possible. You are using Lauren Faust (the OC of the shows creator) on the cover art for what I can tell so far is no reason at all, FangFang Whooves is a pretty ridiculous name; even on pony standards where naming your kid after the first object that comes to mind is perfectly normal, and finally the story is unappealing and doesnt really make me wanna read it from the cover art/description. Keep trying but try to use main characters from the show in a simple one shot story. These are usually the easiest types of fics to write especially if its just a slice of life fic. I dont know how to end this comment so take a cute pic.

One last thing that I forgot to point out, its a bit sketchy how your short bio is just FangFang Whooves bio, I dont wanna shout 'Self Insert!' and start a flame war, but that is a bit suspicious.
