In the picture, what happened to Flurry Heart's horn? The white pony is Flurry Heart, right?

Her name is Ivory Scroll, she's a pegasus and is Luna's student.

If Flurry is there she's 5th from the right on top, her horn looks fine. Though it is just as possible that isn't her, Flurry not being part of the council instead ruling the Crystal Empire.
The 10th pony on the bottom looks like shining armor, must be a descendant, while up top the 10th pony has Tempest Shadow's colors. Many members of the council could be descended from the elements and other powerful/important ponies.

Well, this is interesting. The elements of Loyalty and Generosity are shown. I don't know much about them, but I'm sure more character building is to come. I kind of expected Ivory to be Laughter or Kindness.
Chance is not very representing of Harmony himself. Hostility, arrogance, tribalism, ready to fling accusations at anyone else...
I'm still not seeing what Luna sees in the two of them. We know almost nothing of Ivory, and Chance is not someone I would want as a friend. At least not yet.
