Glad to see this story continued. Now that they are out of the Crystal Empire and with the Princesses (and Starswirl) the story can truly begin.
Well not much happened in this chapter to be honest. Unless the maid staff has a noteworthy role then in spite of its length the only things of note were the meeting with the Princesses and maybe the bit about culture shock.

there are many set ups for conflict, and interesting possible interactions , luna before nightmare moon, civil unrest, adapting to castle life, i m looking forward to read whats next
I like that in this story there are many possibilities for scenarios such as the conflict between Celestia and Luna, political dissatisfaction, etc. This chapter didn't have many interesting things, but the interaction between Sombra and StarSwirl was somewhat comical.
I hope it doesn't take that long to update the chapters, anyway, I hope everything is fine with you.
