‘And thus, your fleeting existences will have been justified.’

oh and by the way you said that they came with 3 battle cruisers and battle barge but in what did kriegsmen come is there imperial navys cruisers or carries? And what comes to changeling threat imperial guard has gene auspexs for genestealer cultist threat cases. How many regiments they have there anyway because 5 million troopers is quite a lot sou that would mean that there is a lot of commisars, colonels and majors with of course their retinue to invite simple dinner. And this "campaign" will last forever because when orks land on a planet it is near impossible to get them off planet, because you know spores and winds and such.

I forgot to mention, but they're aboard large troop transports. Generally I'm of the opinion that magical concealment can deceive conventional means of detection. As for the Kriegers, its stated that twenty regiments is ~50,000,000, so I have two regiments here, an armored and an infantry. The lord general is the leader of the death korps forces, but as in other situations, the space marines take precedence, and thus, the chapter master has assumed all duties of diplomacy. Phoros is referring to breaking the current offensive. He's aware that whatever PDF is placed there will be constantly waging guerilla warfare. He's referring to the astartes and death korps' continued presence.
there can't be only two regiments, if they were both line infantry regiments i would kinda believe it. but only one infantry and one armored, impossible because compared to a cadian 24th armoured regiment ho has only 31 leman rushes plus command chimera, one baneblade, 3 sentinels, and 3 hydras, compared to yours six thousand, that is quite difference. There must be atleast several armored regiments and atleast one heavy armored regiment. And what comes to space marine chapter master taking over astra militarus property, i haven't heard a single campaing where that has happened. In helsreach book high marshal Helbrecht had taken over all astartes elements but not imperial navy nor imperial guard. Sou what ever diplomacy is going on general should be part of it.

And here we see why commissars are very prone to "accidents". If a commissar is doing their job correctly they will not need to execute anyone.

their job is to keep moral at a certain height to the korps of Krieg they need to prevent them from leaving position and charge an enemy with a shovel this is the korps of krieg they dont try to complete objective but to kill their enemy
