No Second Trances

Starlight Glimmer was heading over to Trixie's wagon for a little dinner, she was a wearing a nice blue dress with a bow for the lower back. Trixie was setting up dinner at her table, they were having spinach and broccoli. Starlight approaches the door and knocks on it. Trixie answers the door and sees Starlight standing on the front porch of her wagon in her beautiful blue dress. "Wow, you look nice tonight, come in, make yourself at home.", she said. "This stuff is still rusty, but I'm sure it will be fine, it's not like it's going to break apart if we sit down on it."

"Thank you, Trixie, Rarity made this for me and she wanted this dress to stay perfect when I come back after this.", Starlight said entering the wagon. "What are we having for dinner tonight?"

"We're having spinach and broccoli tonight.", Trixie said. "I need to eat my greens whenever I need to have dinner, that's a way for me to stay healthy."

"My veggies make me healthy every day as well.", Starlight said as she sat down on her seat and picked up a fork with her magic. She picks a piece of spinach and eats it. She chewed it up and swallowed. "This isn't that bad when you cooked it, I eat something like this every night when I have my dinner."

"Thanks, it's no problem at all.", Trixie said stabbing a piece of broccoli with her fork and taking a bite of it, chewing it and swallowing it.

"How did you make this so easily?", Starlight asked. "It's pretty crunchy, vegetables are normally soft when they are cooked for dinner."

"I was trained how to make this, my mom taught me how to make this years ago.", Trixie said. "She's a really great cook as a result."

"What was your mom like?", Starlight asked. "I hope she's a unicorn like you are right now."

Trixie raised an eyebrow and answered her friend's question. "My mom was a great unicorn who was really smart and really helpful, I haven't seen her since she abandoned me.", Trixie said.

"My mom died after she gave birth to me.", Starlight said. Giving birth is a painful thing for a mare, you know."

"I know how it feels not to have a mom anymore.", Trixie said sadly.

They finished up their meals and got off their seats to stretch. "That sure was a delicious meal.", Starlight said. "Good thing that Spike wasn't here to chomp really loud while he eats."

"Definitely.", Trixie said.

"Now, that our dinner is done, what should we do?", Starlight asked. "I mean, I do have a few hours left before I go back to the castle."

Trixie scratched her chin for a moment. "I have been thinking of doing something... on you.", she said.

"Me?", Starlight asked. "What are thinking that you should do on me? I never had something done on me before."

"It's a new great and powerful thing, and the thing is:... I'm going to hypnotize you, it's kind of easy for you to say.", Trixie said. "I'm going to do it for a magic trick to practice for my next show."

"Hypnotize me?", Starlight asked. "What's going to happen to me when that happens?"

"I'll hypnotize you, put you to sleep, put this huge blanket on you to cover you up, use this wand to tap on you and this huge box, and when you come out of this box, you'll remain back to yourself.", Trixie said.

Starlight didn't want to say no, otherwise it would hurt her friend's feelings, she had to accept the request. "I guess it would be okay.", she said. "What do you want me to do?"

"Lay down on the ground.", Trixie said instructing her friend.

Starlight sat down on the ground and laid down on her back. "So, what now?", she asked.

"I get on top of you.", Trixie said getting on top of Starlight. "Now, relax and look into my eyes." Her eyes became spirals which took control on Starlight's eyes.

Starlight's eyes turned into spirals as she stared into Trixie's purple eyes. Her eyelids were about to close, but she kept staring into Trixie's eyes.

"That's it, you're doing just fine, Starlight.", Trixie cooed. She smudged her nose against Starlight's nose. "Stare into my eyes, they are so beautiful to look at."

Starlight was getting sleepy, her eyes can hardly closed.

"Once I count to five, you will remain a deep sleep, no talking and no moving, but snoring.", Trixie said. "One... you are getting sleepy, two... it feels good to sleep, three... listen to my voice as I count, four... here it comes, five... sleep."

Starlight feel into a deep sleep, she didn't talk or move.

"This should keep her body still.", Trixie said as she put the huge blanket on Starlight. She grabbed her wand and tapped Starlight and the box. Starlight's body disappeared in the blanket. Trixie opens up the box and Starlight flops down on the ground.

Starlight opens her eyes no longer hypnotized. "Trixie, was it a success?", she asked.

"Yes, Starlight, it worked.", Trixie said. "Thank you for helping me."

"Anytime, best friend.", Starlight said. "Anytime."

They embraced each other.

7870948 Yup. This is basically the last fic Yoshi wrote that 'involves' hypnosis with a marginally better induction and, unfortunately, more dialogue bereft of any characterization, though perhaps worse for the attempt to make us sympathetic for their histories with their moms.

7868664 I'm not entirely sure, but I infer that CAPTAIN created his/her first Fanfiction and she's testing the waters, the fanfic itself however is decent and somewhat ironic. One would expect Trixie would've taken advantage of her but she didn't. Starlight put her faith in her even though she knew things could go awry, and yet, Trixie fulfilled her promise. That is a far cry from most Hypnosis Fanfiction.

The problem here is that it's a little bit short, thus us fast readers and the ones that are use to massive amounts of text.
