A M:tG crossover, yes! I always thought Nicol Bolas was pretty cool, I even tried to shoehorn him into a lot of decks and failed miserably, lol.
Anyways, this story seems promising from what little is done so far except one thing.
You're using "plain" where it should be "plane." They are Planeswalkers as in traveling planes of existence. Plainswalkers would be like nomads traveling on huge open stretches of grassland.

Hehehe, I love how everypony (including me; I have a half-done chapter of one on my laptop), when crossing over with MtG loves to make Bolas the main villain. Not saying that's a bad thing; he's bucking awesome, but just an observation.
I'd love to write one where Phyrexian oil invades, but, well, after Scars, we all know that Equestria would be completely wiped out in a matter of months.

Your story is interesting, and I like the writing style, but you seriously need to get an editor. I'm willing to do it, but please at least get somebody. I hate when bad grammar and punctuation detract from such a good story.

Normally I'd say yes, but I'm designing some cards to be put at the end of each chapter, and I don't want to see anypony else's ideas and subconsciously steal them.
Also, me and three of my buddies are working on a 3 set pony block right now, and I also don't want to unknowingly steal for that either.
I'm sure they're damn great cards, though. No doubt.

Gah! Now there's too much pressure to make them awesome, or at least to convince myself they are!
Lol; hopefully I'll have the first/prologue chapter up in a week or so; I made cards to post at the end of each chapter to kind of help set the mood and tell the story. Warning, though; little to no art on them; I'm not a good artist, and the mechanics and flavor text are more important to me to tell the story/flavor.
I'll give you a preview/hint on the design of some of them: how would beings like the Praetors form and evolve on a plane that slim to none black mana? They'd still be powerful, all right, but they'd need to pull on at least two colors to have any comparable power enough to spread the glorious word of Yawgmoth.
Damn, I really need to get finished on that prologue...

Now I see what's going to happen: phyresis to Equestria. Ah yawgmoth, you always have your legacy being imprinted everywhere. Of course now with the possibility of the Preators coming over, we'll have quite the war here. It's Dominaria all over again... Perhaps we might get a surprise visit from... 'the old man' himself with the use of the elements... Who knows. You know, at this point you just do 'Planar cleansing' and done. No more plane. No nothing.
Are Karn and Venser going to pop up at one point or not?
Okay, a little cleaning up and this story seems like it should be deserving of a thumbs up.
1. Each new sentence requires a capital letter.
2. "i" should always be capitalized when referring to one's self ("I went to the market", as opposed to "i went to the market")
3. Every sentence requires some form of ending punctuation, be it a period, question mark, or exclamation point.
4. Proper nouns like "Mirrodin" require capital letters.
5. Verbs do not take apostrophes, and nouns only take them to show possession. ("take's" should be "takes", and "Eldrazi's" should be "Eldrazi", unless you are talking about something that belongs to an Eldrazi, in which case it would be "Eldrazi's")
6. Whenever a speaker addresses his/her audience directly, use a comma before the name of the listener. ("Leave me be dragon" should be "Leave me be, dragon.")
7. Run your text through a spellchecker. Too many spelling errors to point out.
8. Be sure that your verb and noun are in the same case. ("Planeswalkers is" should be "Planeswalkers are")
If I missed anything, I'll add it later.
Anyways, the plot itself seems fine so far. I shall read the rest now.

Ignoring the terrible grammer (english might be a second language for you, I don't know 
); its obvious you don't know much about the Magic: The Gathering story (not that I know much more, but I know enough to tell you were wrong on several accounts

Now don't get me wrong, I love this idea.
Sadly, you've poorly executed it. 
This is perhaps the worst crossover fic I've ever read, and I've read Walker: Texas Ranger Meets Charmed. 
I know your probably going to get mad at me, but please understand, Im trying to give an honest and fair review.
And a sick bastard who makes the Joker and Kharn look like really nice guys.
Please fix the grammar on these chapters. It's really starting to bug me.
