I sit and stare at the moon. It is the color pink, green, and blue. I take a deep breath as I think of what might have been. If the fabled Princess Celestia had won against her sister. What would have happened? Would the world be less dreary and angry? Would I have gotten my cutie mark sooner than I had? My brother always believed I would, I eventually did too. I turn away from my bedroom window and look at my flank. It would have never shown up unless I conjured up that spell of friendship when I was twelve. My life hasn't gotten any better though, I have no friends, I have no social connections, I live in a ditch called Ponyville, I hate my life.

Uh... woah... I, uh, don't really know what to say to this.
I think "morbid" would be a better tag for this, but "sad" and "dark" definitely work as well.
I find the "walking through the fOrestes because it reminds me nothing matters" sentiment perfect for this supposed world. Also, the acknowledgement that a 24/7 night would ruin the planet, giving ponies a couple days to get some sunshine and such.
The graphics were pretty good, and I found myself imagining all of the beatings and executions as the happened. Ithe could be interesting to look into other bits of the world--like, where's Lyra, if not with BonBon? Maybe she heads the rebellion or something!
Anyway, this was a fun, if sad, read. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Thanks, I really tried to put a new twist on Twilight. This being an alternate universe I also wanted to expand more of the world we saw in the show. I'm glad you liked it so much! I never thought of continuing the story with Lyra, do you really think that would be good?

Continuing the story? No, this story's about Twilight. Now, another story based around Lyra and how the loss of Bonbon (friend, lover, roommate, etc) affected her... that could be an interesting sequel.
