The Villians show up
Twilight argued with Celestia on a personal question for what seemed ages in the Canterlot castle. None seemed to be willing to budge, until Twilight made a good point.
"Princess, we could reform then, just like we did with Discord. We could even learn something about friendship out from this...."
"I'm sorry Twilight, but if we are to have such, we're going to need to keep an extra eye on all of them." She reluctantly gave in with a deep sigh. You'll learn not all things work in our favor.... maybe you'll finally learn how right I truly am on this. "Chrysalis can change to be anypony, and Sombra could corrupt your mind..."
"Don't worry Princess. We won't let you down. Remember, the Elements of Harmony defeated them all at least once, we can do it again." Said Twilight with a confident expression. "We won't let you down." She had said the last thing again in her mind, to convince herself it could be done. She was seriously doubting the solidity of her plan, and quietly wondered if she was finally loosing her mind again.
Celestia simply gave a sigh. "You are dismissed, my student. Please... do be careful." If it wasn't for the Element inside her, she would of had killed herself years ago....
Twilight walked out of the castle, a smile on her face. She did not know what chaos would soon follow this decision.

"You did what!?" gasped Applejack with utter surprise.
Fluttershy cowered in terror. "Oh my..."
"Imagine all the fun we'll have!" Said Pinkie pie with a few hyperactive bounces. "Chocolate rain for all, and cotton candy..... ooh! I wonder what it was like on the moon!!"
"Uh.. probably dark and boring." Replied Rarity uncertainty to Pinkie Pie's question.
"That was just plain stupid" Said Rainbow Dash in an unamused tone. "We could of just put all of Equestria in huge peril!"
"And with Discord as well. I shunt to think if they teamed up on you... especially Nightmare Moon.... And Sombra, with that dreadfully awful curved red horn, and the dark evil magic.... Just thinking about it gives me goose bumps darling." Rarity shuddered, ears flattened.
Twilight sighed. "Yes... I know... I asked a lot.... but I know we can do this. After all, we reformed Discord..."
"It wasn't easy." Said Fluttershy shyly, ears flattened.
A figure walked up next to them, and gave a malicious grin. "Ah, but I will be a better villain than all of them!" The android stallion made a action pose.
Rainbow Dash laughed hard. "You!? A villain? Yeah... right."
Twilight gave an amused roll of her eyes. "Maybe you'll have us laugh to death Terracorn."
"I'm serious!!" He said, exasperated. "I'll have you all bowing before my coils! I'll have the whole kin---" His sentence was cut off as one of the coils accidentally severed his head off from his body. Rainbow Dash burst out laughing, as the others gave a quick chuckle.
"S....Stop laughing at me you pompous fools, and help me!!" He said furiously.
"Well, if you insist..." Said a dark tone. Immediately, everyone stopped laughing as the dark form of Nightmare Moon showed up. She calmly put his head back on with her magic. "You must be much better than this if you seem a threat to this kingdom by the princesses...."
"Finally! Someone understands." He said with a chuckle. "Thanks."
Another voice joined theirs, and they turned around in surprise. "I wish it was that easy." The tall form of Queen Chrysalis said, her ears flattened. "No matter where me and my subjects go, we are always treated such badly. We barely survive anymore outside the hive."
Twilight and the others just stared as the villains continued talking.
"I wasss this clossse from that cryssstal...." Hissed Sombra as he teleported in. "And that horrid princesssss got in my way..."
"We all have something in common..." Said Nightmare Moon curiously. "We all resent the princess of the sun and her little sidekick of the moon."
"If it wasn't for her ruining my plan, I could of conquered Canterlot!" Said Queen Chrysalis indignantly.
"Oh my dear chrysie.... I almost ruled Equestria without a single effort!" Said a familiar voice, as Discord walked up out of a door he made appear out of nowhere. "You needed an entire army just to take one town?"
"Thoust admits... that was most raucous." Said Nightmare Moon in an amused tone.
"Ah... but I took an entire kingdom by myself... and I kept it for a thousand years... overpowering Celestia and Luna.... No one could stop me..." Said Sombra with a malicious laugh.
"Except the Element of magic." Wisecracked Queen Chrysalis.
"She's got a good point there." Chuckled Terracon.
"Oh, but I almost froze Luna solid... that was why she wasn't at the invasion." chuckled a light blue pony with glasses and a lab coat named Dr. Frigit.
"Huh... I always wondered what happened there..." Said Rainbow Dash curiously. "How did you even manage to take down Luna?"
"Rainbow!" Repremanded Applejack. "We don't ask personal questions like that."
"What are you, my mother Applejerk?" Shot back Rainbow Dash to Applejack, pushng her muzzle into Applejack's.
"Why iah outta..." Muttered Applejack.
"Ah, sweet chaos in the morning." chuckled Discord. "And I didn't even have to do anything!"
"Elements of Harmony my plot...." Muttered Dr. Frigit under his breath.

Okay, I suck. You happy now? Second, that never occurred to me to use Tirek.
Third, No one wants to edit for me. I'm pretty much alone here.
Sure... you use OC's, but you don't even fail to use Tirek or any other villian?
The story idea seems really interesting. The compilation of these villains is an interesting idea and (despite what anyone else says) the OCs were pretty good (I love Terrorcorn) and the overall idea is a clever one. However it did feel a bit fast paced, like all the villains appeared in one cluster. Maybe have the mane six go to each villains 'prison' and slowly introduced them to a plot before having a huge villain support group or something. There were a few grammar mistakes, but we all make does. All in all it's a solid idea and with a bit of spacing out it would much better
