Quite an interesting story here, an idea that had been dabbled with before but this is the first I have seen in interactive form. First, being a FlutterDash shipper, I would like to cast a vote for FluttershyXRainbow Dash. Secondly, I happen to have a spot of time and with both these two chapters being of a short, simple nature I will proceed to review.
As not much has happened within these first two chapters the majority of the praise I can offer it is in its premise. The idea of an interactive shipping story is new to me and your usage of the shipping glasses even seems original. Usually they either just say who likes who or make the user see a romantic situation where there is none however here it offers clues for Rarity to try and get the two ponies to be a couple. Your first chapter had a rather simple way of finding the glasses but it has its hint of mystery and doesn't overcomplicate things. Your second chapter demonstrates the glasses and what they do, as well how Rarity will be going about the story both quickly and effectively. The set up for the second chapter felt like a natural and plausible friendly/romantic meeting and Rarity comes across as her so far.
There is the odd mistake such as one or two missing letters and a couple sentences are worded strangely however nothing drastic. My other criticism is that the detail is rather plain, average, and even stilted at times. I know from your closing author notes that this is not your usual or best quality and so have no fear that said details and description will improve upon the next chapter however the first chapters are a readers introduction into a story and it is best to make as good as a first impression as possible. I of course love the premise and so will continue reading to see the improved descriptions with the next chapter.
The idea of Rarity breaking up a couple she herself has formed is a bit odd, unless there are circumstances to it (like said couple she has formed do not go as well together as she and they had expected), so I'm not sure how well that concept will go if it is ever voted for but it may be interesting to see. Anyway, just in case it was missed earlier I will restate my vote here; I vote for Fluttershy to be paired with Rainbow Dash.
