This was a pretty good story. The only thing I would recommend is use their names so frequently. I felt like some of it was written like:
Bob went to the store. Bob entered the store to buy groceries. Bob left the store, paying for his groceries.
And you could improve that by instead of repeating their names over and over, add something such as "she" or other indirect ways of their names to make it less repetitive. Here's how to revise the example above.
Bob went to the store. He then entered it to buy groceries. After collecting what he needed, he left after paying for what he got.
This story needs category tags. Is this story anthro? If so it needs that tag. It's not really a romance so the Random tag would be best for your main Cat!Tag.
