I would like to say because I'm experienced in the fetish and I did a lot of role playing over the years so I know a thing or two about writing a good story that turns people's cranks. OR it's because diaper pony stories are in such short supply, people eagerly jump on whatever pops up.
But maybe it's just luck...I'm not too sure.
