It has been only few weeks when Inquisitor Twilight Sparkle got order from High Lord Celestia to travel to Segmentum Equestrias Ponyville mining world to investigate the possible heresy related to Nightmare Moon-cult. Her investigations were interrupted when greater daemon was summoned from ancient shrine. With assist of local Imperial Guardcolts, who were the carriers of Elements of Harmony, Twilight found new sides of herself and was able to defeat daemon. After reporting High Lord Celestia, she was ordered to stay in Ponyville and study those mystical powers she and her new-found friends carried. Now Twilight and her friends will face something more dangerous than forces of Chaos...

Ok. First off; This is unoriginal. I have been awaiting a 40k crossover and all I get is an episode that has had some changes so that Equestria is the Imperium.
Second: Write this like a proper book is written because the lack of things like quotation marks is a no-no. Also the story doesn't flow well, and I lost interest after the second paragraph.
Third is about your plot choice: I want to see the Orcs fleeing the Imperium. Finding a habitable planet to make their last stand or simply to crash into because a bolt in their space ship fell off. For anything to make sense; Equestria has to be like it is in the TV shows and the planet is discovered by one of the 40k races. Whether that race be the Orcs, Space Marines, Tau Empire, or the Necrons after their goal to end the lives of every living creature, the choice is yours.
But remember. If you want to write a successful story you will have to shell out the extra effort otherwise it will just be a complete mess and I will not have something interesting to read.
NOTE: Any 40k information I got wrong is not my fault because I only just started playing the game.
