Keep writing this story. Please. I'd hate to see yet another story go down the drain. Just because some random person doesn't like it, that doesn't mean everyone wont like it. Besides, if they don't like the story, they should at least tell you why.

Not a whole lot here as of yet, but you have a good writing style. It's a good start.
I could make so many jokes out of this, I don't even know where to start
There's a number of grammatical errors throughout the story, a few structure elements that could do with some revisions, but by and large the story seems well written and provides an interesting change of pace from the usual. I don't know why but stories where the ponies encounter a human female are rare around here from what I've seen.

On a serious note, you need to format your speakers a bit better. New paragraphs begin when people/ponies are still talking, when they should each have their own separate paragraphs. Other than that, I think you set up the conflict nicely and didn't take the easy route of making Rainbow Dash and Renee besties like right off the bat. If you do continue though, I'll be glad to join you for the ride.

And honestly I apologize for the harshness there. I was proofreading stories for ages, and I had the morning grumps. I suppose it could use some more variety of adjectives, and commas are sorely overpresent.
