I whole heartedly agree with your outlook on Discord. He was always my favorite non-pony being in the whole show, always made me laugh at how he could quite literally shift all reality. I will follow you and you're story.

As Discord is my favorite non-pony I am interested to see what you make him do. 
This story is so cute. I love how natural the relationship between Discord and Fluttershy was too.
However from a grammar point of view: “Don't let me catching you doing anything funny, Discord,” /catching/ should be /catch/.
