You didn't need to capitalise the 'he', because the exclamation mark acts as a comma when the dialogue is followed by a description of how the character delivered it.

Just as a quick amendment to my first post, people almost always instantly downvote a story if it uses a Pony Creator cover art. It might be worth looking around to see if you can find anything more neutral.
