The Tempest Shadow you have come to know never tried to conquer Equestria. She never joined the Storm King's army, or is even known as Tempest Shadow. In fact, she never even left her homeland to start with.

No, Fizzlepop Berrytwist, in this Equestria, survives alone, as she vowed in her younger years, but as a wandering hunter, killing who she must and gathering what she must to survive, although she is no raider... she experiences no pleasure from the lives she ends, and only does so in times of necessity. She travels by day, living off what little the land gives her and making her home wherever she is at the moment come night.

And in-between living today and living tomorrow are the Wretched Hive, the ghoulified remnants of the changeling species and a threat far more dangerous than any band of raiders; if anything, they're the one thing keeping the likes of them in check.

Fizzlepop may not know it, but her actions may very well save what remains of a dying world... and the Wretched Hive are going to be part of it.

This story takes place twenty-five years before the events of Fallout: Equestria. This story is not canon to it, however.

It had been a hot, dusty summer, and ponyville’s well of kindness ran dry.

The heatwave that had settled over Ponyville had lasted longer than any that anyone in the town could remember, the town on the verge of collapsing in on itself seems lost and with out help. It's townsfolk growing more and more hostile by the day.

Twilight Sparkle, a disgraced former student of Celestia, and Rainbow Dash, discharged Wonder Bolt work as Rangers, members of Equestria's Royal Service, are assigned to work together and sent out to solve the strange mystery of just what is going on, and if possible end it.

This story is a sequel to Rise of the Equestrians

Two years have passed ever since Sunset Shimmer saved Equestria from the Alliance of Darkness with the Order of the Stone. Due to changes of duty, the Order disbanded, leaving the sorceress alone and having only herself to depend on. That is until she has a dream telling her to gather the rest of the Order and head back to Equestria. After she is successful in doing so, she and the Order travel back to land, only to find it engulfed by a dark cloud. The group falls into shock and curiosity until they learn that a horned man called the Storm King has invaded the land, putting all of Equestria at risk. Now, they must save the land once again with the Guardians of Equestria and a visually impaired deserter who knows more of the Storm King than any of them.

Since the fall of the storm king, tempest has been trying to incorporate into pony society. One such item she needs is a cutie mark, which was lost to her childhood. Pinkie decides to try a idea with her, one which may yield a good result.

She's been living in Ponyville for a while; it had been hard for her to accept Twilight's offer, but she'd agreed anyway (she'd nowhere else to go, after-all). Time passes and she realises, no matter how kind and friendly the residents of Twilight's castle are, she does not belong in such rowdy a place.

Canterlot Castle had been the obvious other option, and it's quite an adventure, of that Tempest can be sure, she just didn't realise she'd come out of this with something more than new friends.

Tempest has been living happily with Glitter Drops in the Crystal Empire for five years. Ponies have forgiven her for her previous mistakes, and she's forgiven herself. But a part of her still can't seem to let go of her past.

She doesn't know how much longer she can combat it alone but doesn't know if she would risk her friends' happiness by telling them about her trouble.

She also doesn't know what it really is that's bothering her.
