Equestria, now torn into factions, each relying on tactics and sneaking agents in a constant war, is not what it used to be. There used to be flowers, peace, and the friendship all ponies shared amongst one another, but that was gone too, after individual areas began to want independence and tried to break off. In an attempt to create the perfect squad, the Harmony Operation was enacted so that they one day could restore peace to this forsaken land that was once so perfect and serene. These are the adventures of the mane six characters and their mission to restore Equestria, all the while meeting new and old friends alike.

After a power cut in ponyville, Twilight sparkle discovers that the lighting factory has lost power. She soon realises its because the works are over worked and in need of help. However, due to there boss [Captain] they cant speak up. He strikes fear into them with every word. Twilight Sparkle decides she is going to help. After a nights investigating and a trip to the mayor, will these ponies ever be free?

A vigilante is on the loose in Ponyville and Twilight Sparkle, as Princess of Friendship, has taken it upon herself to seek out answers before anypony gets hurt. However, her search for truth may uncover more than she had bargained for, and in the end will change the way she sees her home forever. Thankfully, she won't be alone for the journey, but will be aided by Ponyville's finest, the Ponyville Police Department.

[Two-parter] When Mare Do Well first came to town in the form of "The Pink Avenger", a precursor to the identity, she changed the town in a profound way, more so than most ponies, who know her mainly as an obscure old comic book superhero, realizes. A colt is brought into a prison for murdering his schoolyard bully. Though everyone considers him guilty, he tries to prove his innocence. The cell has a spell of solitary confinement, and he slowly goes insane. Than, a wild rumor spreads and he is the only one who can stop the evil behind it.
