From run-ins with Rarity to a full Mane 6 intervention and a train ride home that turns surprisingly tender, this multi-chapter saga blends absurd comedy, balloon-fetish energy (kept SFW!) and character-driven charm. At the end of the day, it’s a story about finding comfort — no matter how ridiculous the ride may be.

Explanation of how CHS works in this story

Gallus decides to stay at school for the summer, he has been plagued with nightmares that have kept his anxieties high. Smolder decides to kick it with him for the summer.

The two get in a little trouble, have some fun and steal some wine! But when they wake up in the middle of the night they're shocked to find a mystery that's years old knocking at their door.

Now it's up to Gallus and Smolder to solve it before it's too late!

Uncovering an ancient ruin unwittingly lets a group of armed soldiers to emerge from a portal and kidnap Spike and Smolder. After being experimented on, Spike manages to escape. Now he must learn how to survive in a hostile, post-apocalyptic world, rescue Smolder from the Enclave, and find a way to get back home. May contain M content in later chapters.
