This story is a sequel to Sonic The Hedgehog x My Little Pony: A New Generation - Eggman's Empire

Now that Equestria and Earth stay in touch, the friendship between Sonic, Sunny, and all their friends has strengthened toward a better future. However, this will change when a duo of villainous brothers begin to wreak havoc by impersonating villains from Sonic and Equestria's past, forcing Sonic and Sunny to join forces once again to save both dimensions.

A random machine Dr Eggman invented has sent Sonic and Tails flying to Equestria. Now, foes, old and new appear, romance blossoms, corruption, and more, all the while Sonic tries to get used to his new life in a new world.

Oh, and his cocky personality. Forgot to mention that.

Miles "Tails" Prower has been through a lot in his life. He's grown up from being the spunky, two-tailed sidekick to Sonic the Hedgehog. While he still loves his "big bro" and loves to spend time with his friends, life hasn't been entirely kind to him, and has left him with scars.
But now, a desperate situation has caused him to botch an attempt at Chaos Control, sending himself across dimension to the land of Equestria. Recovering from a battle, stranded in a town full of ponies who use magic as a part of every day life, and surrounded by an assortment of personalities who all see him as being as much a curiosity to them as their magic is to him, how will he cope? Will he find new friends? Will he find his way back to his own world?

Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Spike meet up to discuss what appeared after Twilight tried to cast a spell from Star Swirl, but it goes terribly wrong and a red ring appears. She has no idea what it is since nothing seems to be wrong with it no matter how many tests she does on it, it was just a normal ring but red... or could there be a darker meaning to it? In an alternate universe, a baby Sonic and the chaos emeralds has appeared before Rainbow Blitz and Firefly instead of Princess Celestia. How will life go for the blue blur, and can equestria take two boastful speedsters?

The equestria region, a land full of harmony and peace that is ruled by Princess Celestia the Gardevoir. Everything was fine until one day a mysterious new Pokemon named Sonic appears. Wanting to find out more about him, Princess Celestia had her star pupil Twilight Sparkle the Kirlia, study him and possibly befriend him by sending them to pokeville, unaware she had them start in an unexpected adventure.

With nothing going on lately, Spike and the mane six decide to go out on a picnic near Everfree Forest. After they finish, they begin to leave before finding a small blue creature that seems to be on the verge of hunger. Feeling some sympathy for the creature, they decide to take the creature to the castle, unaware that doing this, they have made a change in their lives.
