Two alien races, the nightmarish Changelings and high tech warriors, The Greys, are fighting each other across the sector and humanity(anthro) is trap in the middle of these aliens senseless war.

On a backwater planet, Terra watches over Rainbow, who brings not only hope to the people but also reminds Terra that she deserves a better tomorrow as well.

Rainbow Dash isn't a pony who generally likes to sit around doing nothing, especially when there are big things going down. So of course it would be just her luck that she would end up watching the Map for ponies trying to change history, when Equestria is gearing up for first contact with an advanced alien race just outside. And it promises to be a monumentally monotonous task, as nopony has tried to change the past in over ten years.

Until now, that is.

As the last pony left aware of the changes, Rainbow needs to travel through time and use her own ingenuity combined with whatever she can scavenge from the various pasts to which she travels to defeat foes far more powerful than she could ever hope to be, all the while being careful to avoid altering history even further.

This is a crossover with the first installment of the Journeyman Project trilogy of video games (and its two remakes, Journeyman Project: Turbo and Journeyman Project: Pegasus Prime. Come on, I couldn't resist that title.) It will loosely follow the plot of that game, so if you're familiar with it you'll probably have some idea where this is going.

We knew they were coming. Over the course of nearly 80 years, we prepared for their eventual arrival. We built the Carriers to house ponies when they left Equus in hope of finding a new home for ponykind to start again.

This is where I, Copper Wire, came in. As a highly experienced captain in the mercantile industry, I was selected to command Carrier 13, which we now call Stardust. My old crew had been split into all of the other Carriers based on their home city, so my new one is made of old friends from foalhood and my former friendly rival Mayflower as my XO. We reached the end of the gravity well 12 hours after the Princesses saw us off.

We were the lucky ones. Two more Carriers had been under construction when we left, but they were never finished. Everypony who was left had to suffer subjugation or death under the aliens. Lucky 13, I guess.

Our entire ship was frozen solid for 7,000 years because of some weird mishap. Now we must find our people. Our journey will be fraught with danger. We may encounter both friends and foes. But one thing will remain certain: we will come home.

It's just another day for the mane six in Equestria. But like normal days, things will often go sideways when some creature from another world decides to say hello. But this time, this creature is familiar but impossible at the same time.
A human with quantum-like powers, Tartarus bent on obtaining the true powers that fuel the Elements of Harmony. Together the group of six ponies has gone through thick and thin, often showcasing powers of their own that seem to defy reality. But this time, they get separated by thousands and thousands of stars. Six becomes two and four. Fluttershy and Applejack find themselves on an alien planet with the impossible task of getting home. While Twilight, Rarity, Rainbow, and Pinkie pie find themselves defending themselves from a quantum threat that looms over the entire safety of the very thread that weaves through the universe.

And Twilight finds she is the keystone to it all.

After all the friendships, love, and happiness, it's time to say goodbye to everything. The Universe is about to go through heat death.

The year is 2110. 100 years prior, planet Earth was on the verge of destruction due to a series of natural cosmic events. In a desperate attempt to save their planet, the human race requested the aid of the Equestrians: a race of equine-type beings from Equestria. After a successful diplomacy, the two species currently live alongside each other in unity and planet Earth has been in steady harmony with the space-time continuum ever since.

On the outskirts of an advanced New York City stands a well recognized building; the University of Earth. The university is home not only to humans but Equestrians as well as other distinct beings. Built by one man and his equine companion sometime in the early twenty-first century as a means to further ease the relationship between humans and ponies, it now stands as a place of teaching and learning for a variety of subjects.

Our story begins with Nick, a 22 year old humanoid alien entity, en route to the university…

As an army of stupid shadow beings led by the immortal twin kings of hate and fear bear down upon the queendom of Equestria, the last standing nation in the world, there seems to be no hope in sight. That is until Ellana takes a stand and shows the world that hope never truly dies, that hope is truly... bizarre and that the platinum dawn has come.
