This story is a sequel to Sonic The Hedgehog x My Little Pony: A New Generation - Revisited

Doctor Eggman uses the energy from the Unity Crystals that Sage extracted to build an empire by dragging several cities from other dimensions - including Equestria. Upon realizing this, Sonic and his friends manage to reach Sunny and hers, so they can all join forces once again to bring down the empire Eggman has raised.

Shadow uses a chaos emerald to accidentally transport himself to Equestria. During his time there, Shadow writes letters to his deceased friend and sister about a certain pink pony.

A massive artifact from another world has crashed onto a peaceful kingdom of Equestria nearly 3,000 years ago, and it laid dormant for thousands of years, until now... A three-way crossover story between My Little Pony, Transformers, and Sonic the Hedgehog. The Transformers had sent the mysterious 'Cube' out into space thanks to seven miracle gems they believed came from their god himself.
Now that the 'Cube' and these 'Miracle Gems' found their way to Equestria, can the ponies handle the giant aliens and a mad scientist seeking them for their nefarious purposes? Or will a ceratin blue hedgehog and benevolent alien leader fix the wrongs they had unknowingly bestowed onto them?

Since it will be the ponies' first holiday on Mobius, Sonic and company want to make this the best Christmas/Winter Wishday they have ever had, but as usual, certain complications will arise along the way. Just outside of the Mystic Ruins, and during what was supposed to be a very basic fishing trip, Big the Cat once again misplaces his beloved pet, Froggy. He predictably embarks on a new adventure in order to once again retrieve his slippery, amphibian friend, but following a brief encounter with Dr. Eggman, he and Froggy are both accidentally teleported into the magical world of Equestria.

Despite all that's recently happened to him, Big still just has only one, simple thought lingering within his head. "Now, where might Froggy be in such a huge, castly place like this?"

In another attempt to expand his Empire, Dr. Eggman travels to another dimension called Equestria. When Sonic and company attempt to stop the doctor's plans, they all get teleported there anyway. After meeting the Mane 6 and Spike, they'll have to work together to stop the evil genius from conquering Equestria, Mobius, and worlds/dimensions beyond.

It's Sonic's birthday! And his friends decided to throw him a surprise birthday party to celebrate! But when a shadowy creature crashers the party and steals Sonic's friends, Sonic ultimately falls to the beast and loses consciousness. Meanwhile in a normal day in ponyville, Twilight and her friends enjoy the summer day, when a the same shadowy beast attacks and scatters Twilight and her friends though time! Can these two groups of heroes get along and show the real power of teamwork and friendship?

Sunset joins the Chaos Rainbooms after she helped her friends defeat the sirens after her long way of being a bully at CHS, everyone finally trusts Sunset Shimmer and not only that, but her and Shadow are true friends again. After all of that, today is the competition against CHS’s rival school, Crystal Prep Academy, a school that beat CHS multiple times in a competition called the Friendship Games.

The Chaos Rainbooms thinks it’s time for a change and that they aren’t going to lose to Crystal Prep and were determined/ready to win, but to their shock, they saw Twilight and two of her friends they don’t know about, but Sunset, Rainbow, Fluttershy, Rarity, Pinkie, and Applejack must not “pony up” or else that would be considered cheating according to Vice Principal Luna.

Failing to prevent Eggman from using a mini black hole to wipe out Green Hills to build his empire, Sonic wakes up in a land full of horses, unsure of where he is...until he runs into a purple alicorn who may have a way to get him and his friends home. Together, Sonic and Twilight's friends have to help find the Chaos Emeralds to return home... but they're not the only ones with a plan, a very evil plan...and time is ticking . . .
