Anon-A-Miss has reached its apex point.
Sunset Shimmer is taking all the blame, and it isnt even her fault.
But no one else believes that. And trying to convince her friends otherwise isn't going well.
And so Sunset feels like there's only one course of action remaining.

Now, this may seem strange when regarding the rest of the series, and this is simply for the fact I wrote it before I had a plan, and before I had its prequels. Thus, this fic in its current state wont last forever. It will be rewritten, in that it'll be a whole new fic. But, until then, it is still a part of the series, and still a work anyway.

Hi! Hello! Important Notice! This fic is gonna be decanonised at some point. It fit my ideas and vision at the time, but now i've started working on 'I Can Make It All Alright (But Will You Forgive Me?)', i have a more developed idea of how i want to handle Sunset's time in the human realm, which, unfortunately, this just doesnt fit anymore. Tragic, I know, but its what i get for being an idiot. Dont worry, this wont be going anywhere, and when its replacement is finished i'll just move this to standalone works instead.

Hearth's Warming is day for family, for friends and lovers. Even alicorn are given a day free from responsibility, most of it anyway. Normally Hearth's Warming was a day that brought some of the brightest memories of a pony's life, however, instead of enjoying her day, Princess Twilight Sparkle spent it trying to keep busy to avoid reliving painful memories every year.

One Hearth's Warming Day, many years earlier, marked the last day for Pinkie Pie and Twilight Sparkle's life together.

Unfortunately, there are no festive ghosts to take Twilight back and let her try again.
