Chrysalis, former Queen of the Changelings and now Friendship Intern, had been reading some books on beekeeping while her little Changelings played in a playpen nearby. Shepherd sighed. The first chapter of the sequel to At the End of Ambition is up. I've decided to carry this story forward, despite the fact that it was intended to be one-shot. I thought for a while about how to go about it and this is basically the direction I've decided. To be honest, I don't really like what the final season ultimately did with the villains. I won't spoil anything but they really dropped the ball with Grogar and the final battle, while cool, ends exactly the way you think it does. I think
Coming up with horse puns and names was probably the hardest thing to do while writing these out. Some of these might change along the way but it’s an idea of what I imagine their culture to be like, Equestrians find it strange but don’t know much about it.

With chapter 5 we do some checking in, mostly setting the stage for what comes next. Time for things to start shaking up as Aurelian reunites with the first of his friends. It's an event that starts to bring our cast together once more as they try to make sense of what may come from Aurelian's moves. Enjoy.

The next part of All That We Become is up and focus has shifted to the hive as we check in with Chrysalis. As a bit of a foreword, to some it may seem like I'm playing with the events of A Canterlot Wedding some; I'm using the gaps in time that the show has to expand and make more personal what happened not just during but before the event. We aren't explicitly shown just how Chrysalis swapped with Cadence and for how long she had been pretending to be her before the events of the episode.
Today marks 1 year since the plushie of the beloved Queen Chrysalis arrived at my doorstep (10/24/2019). Whenever I go to sleep, I always cuddle with her so that I won't feel lonely. I wouldn't have her right now if it weren't for the seller at Lazada, so a huge thank you to them. Happy anniversary, Chryssi! 
A lot of people have complained about this, and misunderstood it. I don't think I've ever seen anyone really properly explain it. But there's a very good reason why Celestia is not all that powerful, and why people like Chrysalis can defeat her.
The central theme of Friendship is Magic is, if anything, true strength and power comes from your connections with others. You might be great and powerful on your own, but the power of many will always overwhelm the power of one strong person.
I plan on publishing my new fic Celestial Ascent very soon. For those who will read it, I hope you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
And for the A King’s Brood fans, who are eagerly awaiting the promised update (yeah, sorry for that), there’ll be a most likely be reference to Celestial Ascent in the future…
