I'm sorry to be the barer of bad news but i can't finish the chapter by Sunday as i have been trying for the most part. Work has been insanely busy, as well as my depression playing up with a vengeance a.t.m. has left be unable to write properly in between having to emergency patch the software we produce at 01:00 in the morning and emotional outbursts from the littlest bit of drama i am writing this chapter...

The chapter should be up in the course of next week though.

Sorry folks, I'm going to be moving house in the next couple of weeks which means my ability to work on The King & Shy will be severely limited. This month's updates are going to be a little sparse due to these circumstances but I promise I will try and find some time to do some writing in between boxing everything up and my full time job. Did my regular Queen Chrysalis cosplay outfit with a few minor changes and helped out with a Trunk-or-Treat program. (We ended up handing out candy to over 2500 people! One of those in our group counted everyone that participated and, including adults, there were around 4800 people that came to the event!)

So... you ever come up for an idea for a chapter that seemed like a good idea, then spend ages writing it only to realize that:

1) The main conflict isn't enough for a full length chapter so you've run out of material after only 2k words, and you can't stretch that conflict out without make the dialogue incredibly repetitive or making characters hold the idiot ball.

2) It makes no sense for this particular character to have this particular problem in the first place.

I wanted to apologize for the delays in updates to "Consequences." It's been difficult these last couple of weeks. Between holiday madness, issues I'm having with my employer, car trouble, and being sick for the last two weeks, my energy levels have been shot to the point that I get home, stare at my computer and just don't feel like writing or doing much of anything else.

So a combination of lots of work and being sick for two weeks (these past two weeks, I'm finally over it now) has led to a slowdown of my usual output. I'm going to be taking next week off from posting Guidelines because I need a breather. Hey guys this is a bit of an update for you. I haven't been feeling too well the last couple weeks, and last Tuesday my friend ended up in the hospital from a stroke that I had to help them with. So really I haven't had any time to actually write. I do apologize for this and I really wish I could have been writing more. I've got a large amount of notes on project horizon, all about the future chapters, extra details and other stuff written in my old notebook, as most writers do. However, my notebook is starting to run low on pages, and I've had to go out and get a new one.
