I'm sure you're all sick of seeing blogs that start with these words, but it's the year 2020 — and I have no idea what successful ponyfiction looks like anymore.
Howdy, y'all! Got something cool today. Spring and Spanner is a new Who We Become story written by the talented CodenameOne, and the prologue and first chapter are out now! It takes place three years after Acts of Love, and follows Spring Blossom, Morning's friend from the orphanage. Sales pitch below, as well as some rambly thoughts on WWB canon!
So that was a hell of an announcement the other day, huh? Those interested in the Looking Glass print edition might be wondering how my decision to end the series affects the plans for that. Well, it doesn't, the print edition is still happening, and I got another pic for it done!
Hey, y'all. Just a real quick update to say that "Just a Pony" is on schedule, with chapter one finished! I just need to finish at least up to chapter ten by the end of year (and then edit said chapters) in order to start publishing. Pasu has been commissioned for the new cover and will get to it after this week is over, and I'm waking up my proofreaders to see who's around for editing. All in all things are going great!
what happened to my nude celestia?
she really brought the page together

(I technically wasn't supposed to find out til tomorrow but whatever)
Was the best Pearl episode of the series, and I will fight anyone who disagrees (Unless we count Mr. Greg as a Pearl episode, that wins for the opposite reason). It was so fun! There was no big threat, no groundbreaking lore developments, no bitterness about her lost love. Just Pearl being gay and trying to look cool. Seeing Pearl try and then fail to approach Mystery Girl (Her name starts with S, but beyond that, it's unclear) was funny, and then seeing her actually work up the guts to go talk
Just finished my pass through chapter ten, which means that I've officially gone through and revised every chapter of PGS up until the most recent one. While the story's still far from perfect, it's at least better than it was, and I don't cringe quite as hard when I reread it. Go read it and see for yourself, if you like.
Soooo I recently read a Doctor Who and South Park crossover fic...
It was actually really good. It's got that whole sense of drama that you'd come to expect from Doctor Who but somehow manages to keep in line with South Park's sense of humor. I know that sounds kind of weird but when everyone is so in character that you can actually hear the character's voices saying these things, then you know the author did a good job.
Shepherd: "To celebrate our lil' alicorn's birth, I suggest we name the mixture of soft serve vanilla ice cream blended with cookies and/or candies as a Flurry!"
Shining: "Why do I feel like that's a joke or reference to something?"
Shepherd: "Well Flurry is my second suggestion. My first is what she wants to be called."
Candence: "What she wants to be called?"
Shepherd: "Oh yes. All humans can speak Baby."
Twilight: "Really?! You never told me that! What is she saying?"
I'll keep this short. I've got two fresh ideas for more fetishy action, but I'm not sure which to write first. So, I've decided to leave it up to you guys. One story will have a focus on gigantic breasts and lactation, in a sci-fi setting. The other will be full macro, with some vore and pregnancy on the side, featuring a nefarious villainess. Please leave a comment with your preference.
All I'm saying is, it was worth a try.

When I first got into the MLP community, one of the first things I watched was Friendship Games. Sure, the pacing and logic slips a little, here and there, but it made up for that in its imaginative imagery and musical numbers, as well as the sheer emotional resonance it had with me. It really shouldn't surprise anyone in this fandom that I was a sensitive lad, and got bullied pretty hard all through Middle School. So, seeing the crap Twilight put up with felt very real, at least to me.
Yeah, thought I let you all know. Considering how I haven't posted anything in a while now that I've been slowly moving forward with my life. But despite that, I never thought that I be getting old really fast, even though I still feel relatively young. But 19 years old? Jeez time really does fly by when the realization hits you. It seriously feels like yesterday when I first came here on this site like a total stranger finding ways to get noticed and here I am nearly eight years later. As
If you've been following these blogs, you should know by now that I've become quite good friends with thedarkprep. Today she has her own Who We Become story, titled Under Her Spell, which shows us what's going on with Trixie during Rainbow Rocks! A little more info below.
Hey, time for my daily blog post, since I seem to be making them every day right now. Sorry about that, I don't mean to I'm just procrastinating! Updates on the LG print edition below.
Well I still am, bitches! New art for it under the cut!
