Six to seven years ago, I had an asthmatic, physically weak, chronically ill youkai magician throw a shrine maiden at the head of a giant robot car after losing a game of rock-paper-scissors.
I don't know if having a sapient robot knock out a dragon by jamming an arm into its throat and giving it brain freeze tops that, but if it does it comes pretty close. No joke: I actually wrote that.

Today MLP Generation 5 has been made available on Netflix, and on Saturday I’ll be seeing it with my friends in the Milwaukee Bronies. I’ve had an uneasy feeling about it, and finally putting much of that into words was helpful. It was certainly interesting, and I’d like to share it with other people. I’ve done so with only a few, but I want to put this out there before anyone thinks my opinion is contaminated by either seeing the movie, or something getting spoiled. Tomorrow I may be relieved,
I can't seem to write my own material anymore 
Not that I haven't tried, but for the past month, I've only been able to work together with DJ or otherwise help out others with their work instead of my own for some reason.
And then there's the videogame addiction rearing it's ugly head again 
DJ "Convinced" me to get Terraria, and then later Dragon Ball Xenoverse, which we have been playing together nonstop.

All universes exist, as well as all realities, what is imagination is real in others. Paradox universes often end up being destroyed due to the contradiction of existence but are constantly existing and not existing within the boiling chaos of the multiverse.

Yes! I have a bunch of fanfiction ideas that are related to Equestria and its inhabitants. Heck just now I had a good idea of a sort of Terry Brooks's Kingdom for Sale; SOLD! crossover! can you imagine Landover and Equestria being connected through the faewilds? I can!

Scarab was seated a few feet away from him; within seconds, he noticed the red changeling’s unhappy state. “Scorch?”

Here's my theory how G4 became G5. An evil, Dark Lord of the Dietitians came towards Princess Celestia and put her, and all alicorns on a diet. They gave up cake, and other fattening foods. The ponies became no longer unified by the worship of big fat alicorn booties since the alicorns lost so much weight. Since cutie marks are on asses, they no longer worked and magic failed. Ponies need to inhale lots of cake and fattening food into them to power up their bodies. Civil War broke out, and
Must say I loved the movie, it gave a shitty week a wonderful end and I still have the fuzzies 20h later. That hasn't happened in a very, very long time. Watched it with my kids and other half, and we had a blast. Characters are great, the music is good to great and always fits, the jokes landed. References and also themes that will go over most kids' heads but are satisfying and often funny to the parents. Real family entertainment. Oh and lots of fanservice. Spoilers below.
The New Generation movie, as set in some far distant future, is, unfortunately, far too removed from Friendship is Magic that I'll not likely attempt to write anything for it for the foreseeable future.
