Okay, so I heard a while ago that China was going to make a live-action series based off of Inuyasha called Holy Pearl. I didn't watch it for a long time because quite frankly, I thought it was going to suck. But I sat down and actually watched it. And holy crap. It's actually...good. :o
In fact, I would say that it is BETTER than the original anime/ manga because they use South Vietnam mythology and really build up the world and character conflicts so it actually makes sense.

There are certainly a lot of bad animated films out there. Foodfight, Norm of the North, the Animated Titanic films from Italy, and The Emoji Movie are just a few of many titles that may come to mind when you think of truly horrible animated features.

So I was reading the YouTube comments on the new season seven trailer and...they were all Bronies hating on the show. Seriously. There was not a single NICE comment about the show on any season seven trailer that was uploaded.
So what were they complaining about? Starlight Glimmer this. And Starlight Glimmer that. And how she is ruining the show. Waa waa waa.
Some Thoughts About the Future Role of Starlight Glimmer
I was thinking a lot about Starlight's role in this and other seasons. And I was thinking that it would actually be pretty interesting if Starlight was put into a position where, despite being a powerful magic user, she didn't have a position that related to it much.
Does anyone besides me remember this really cool show from China called Zentrix? It played on a few stations across Europe if memory serves (it got a lot of exposure in Germany in particular). It aired in The United States for a short time as well but I don't think it was ever as big as it was in Europe.
