Enough procrastination! I may have gotten my computer taken from me, but I still have my phone.
I'm gonna download Google docs, cause that's where the story is and that's where I write it, and I'm gonna actually write it instead of just saying I will.
Expect the new chapter to be out within... A month at the longest. I'm also experiencing writers block, but I'll try to work past that.
Okay so since Sunspot is going slow right now with the plague known as writer's block another Idea came to me on the same way home where I came up with the idea for My Little Sunspot.

I want to get at least a few chapters finished before I submit it. Hope ya boys will like it.
A few updates for everyone:
Chapter 12: Red Moon just went live. This is the fastest turnaround that I've ever done, but I think it helps that the chapter was not as narratively dense as some of the other ones in Equestrian Horizon. It's mostly straight action and not a lot of layers to peel back.
I have absolutely no idea what I want to work on. I have a couple ideas like ABFOT or my crossover fic, but right now I have no desire to write those at the moment. So I'm going to be taking some time to think about what I'm going to do. Heck, maybe I'll release an entire story with ten chapters! More or less, I don't know.
Sorry if this is a little bit disappointing, but turst me, this is for the best.
Chapter 3 of Victory: Premonitions is out! So far I've stuck to an every-other-day cadence with these releases that I really like. This chapter saw a lot of special attention in the editing process to correct for run-ons. This was the result of some specific feedback I got from the first two chapters. So a few months ago I picked up a fantasy book from the library. Pretty good book, actually; it kept me gripped well enough and had me staying up into the early hours of the morning to see how it panned out. But there was something interesting about it that I felt applied to today's topic.

Today's topic is a bit of the inverse of the one I wrote last week. I didn't intend for this at first—in fact I had no plans for an inverse article when I sat down last Monday; the appearance of this one is entirely coincidence brought about by something I was reading.

Welcome back, readers (and by extension, writers). It’s time for another Being a Better Writer post. The topic for this week? It’s another request, and an interesting, if complex, one. Today, we’re going to discuss how to write a scene of warfare. Not a shoot-out, or a simple fight, but a full-on war.

It's been hard to do much of anything for me recently. But I'm working on finishing something old, starting something new, and editing something long overdue. I expect all three of those to be done with by the end of the month, partially because I promised one of those would be.
Sentence construction is one of those touchy things with a lot of novice writers. Personally, I blame the education system for not doing an adequate job explaining things, but the truth of the matter is that there are a lot of young writers out there (or worse, novice critics) who pass judgement on their own or others work without knowing much about what they’re actually passing judgement on. In the best case scenario, this leads to confusing feedback. In the worst-case scenario? Bad

Yep, this post had to come at some point or another. Given the charged climate of “PC” these days (that’s “political correctness,” not “Personal Computer,” sadly) days, this topic is one that’s come up again and again in writing. Online, offline … just about everywhere.

Anyways, though, I've been meaning to start writing some fanfics. At first, this account was so I could favorite great clop. Then, I began commenting. And now... a blog.
Sorry to ask people, but if you've got the time and if anyone bothers to read these, could I get a brief opinion on one thing.
Been planning to get back into writing stories for the website, just a couple more funny one shot tales and a rather lengthy one. The more pressing of them involves the use of Rainbow Dash, albeit briefly, and fitting it around an event the series introduced. It's only a small bit but I wanted to ask better writers, well, if this is a good idea?
