Yeah no I'm not kidding. That's, like, a thing. We're discussing high-end literature today.
Lessee here... I put together the prologue over the course of three days, and wrote out the entire first chapter in about three hours. In the twenty hours since I published that chapter, The Locals has been met with:
•Fourteen likes.
•Zero dislikes.
•Six comments, one of which was my own.
•Ninety-eight views.
•A constant spot on the Popular Stories sidebar.
•Sixty-one bookshelf additions.
•And twenty-six users tracking its updates.
I'm surprised that I slept well, considering that I stayed up later than usual to tell a friend happy birthday. By that I mean I texted "Birth." at midnight. Last night I shaved, plucked, and moisturized my entire existence. I reached the ultimate form of cleanliness. I just hope that someone sees how fabulous I look today. My mom just told me that a good grocery store opened 5 minutes from my house, so I might go there to get some yogurt for a cucumber
November was a good month for me, both for writing and in meat space.
Writing-wise, I put out three stories last month. This is a new record for me. Seriously, I'm more inconsistent than quality in a DC superhero movie.
The last story I posted in November did... Well, astoundingly well. I expected to get a few chuckles and then have my story get buried by others of higher quality.
You might notice this wasn't published Wednesday. That's because that's when I got my university results, and I've had to spend the last three days dealing with the implications of them. I've finally sat down to write this.
So, this year I was pursuing my second degree in journalism because, you know, I need a stable adult job and it's writing and I get paid minimum wage for being a student in Australia. All good things.
I know it hasn't quite been a year since I published the story yet, but then again Twilight has been working on getting Rarity's attention for some time before that already, hasn't she? Either way, I've already put this post off way too long, so let's do this.
Only one word left
Howdy folks!
With BronyCon in the rearview mirror, I’ve been feeling productive of late. While waiting on Thursday night for my roommates to arrive at the hotel, I started editing an old writeoff story of mine, and managed to finish it off and post it yesterday afternoon:
Well, fuck it. I've been trying to make this funny or witty or something, but I just couldn't make it. There's no angle. So just -- fuck it, y'all are getting the raw unfiltered thing.
I've graduated.
That was a bumpy ride we all just had in the whimsical adventures of RariTwi: Ghostbusters Edition.
Ghostrescuers?
HUGE SPOILERS FOR CHAPTERS 27 TO 29 OF ENCHANTED LIBRARY BELOW THE BREAK.
I most likely will be barely online this weekend, if at all. I have a Model UN conference most of tomorrow (Friday) and almost all day Saturday. Sunday is Easter, so I probably won't be on at all Sunday.
Anyways I hope all of you guys enjoy your Easter (if you celebrate it)
Bye for now!
So I wrote that fic I brought up a while back and while I am tired right now and I should probably get to sleep like five hours ago, I'm gonna share this with y'all cause I don't want y'all thinking that I'm skimping out on y'all.
My little brother and I went to the new store and it was ♫glorious♫! My mom gave me money to buy Ovaltine and only Ovaltine, but I used some of my own money to buy shit for myself. I got coconut oil, which has a fuckton of different uses, including but not limited to conditioner, lotion, mouthwash, makeup remover, and massage oil. I used it along with olive oil, almond oil, and aloe vera to make a hair serum. If you apply this shit to

ACT II - CHAPTER 20
THE WRANGLED MAZE
It's a month and six days now since I created my new category "Foal of the Moment" on my new and redesigned userpage. Time for an update, the very first one!
I've been looking forward to this for a long time! If you enjoyed Lover of the Moon, you'll absolutely LOVE Soldier of the Moon. If you've been curious about Rarity's backstory and just can't wait a week and a half for the next update, here's your solution!
Does this mean I am not bad at romance anymore?
Hahahah.
God no.
One day I'll probably write an actual, straightforward romance. Today, sadly, was not that day. But maybe at some point, perhaps? I've read enough shitty fics to at least know what not to do.
On that note, sorry for the lack of updates on the "How Not To Write Romance" series. New one coming soon.
Soon.
