Well... a lot has happened since my last update!

First: I got a new full-time job! I'm very satisfied with the position I've landed; it shouldn't cut into my writing much (if at all), and will give me plenty of time to listen to music and reflect on the story. I'm actually pretty excited to start, because as soon as I get my first paycheck, I'm going to buy Breath of the Wild! I've been waiting three years to play it, and it looks glorious.

Yesterday, I 'reread' all my stories. I found faults in all of them, despite being very thorough in the editing process for each of them prior to their publishing. I guess it just takes some time before one can recover from editing blindness.

I've had a busy year preparing for Twilight's Book Nook at Everfree Northwest, and a big part of that has been finalizing new Ponyfeather titles to debut there. Sorry for the delay in posting new chapters. I've currently hit a point in the story where I need to hold chapters back, just in case I need to redo earlier chapters to make writing later chapters easier. It's the threads! In retrospect, the entire story would have been easier if I'd had two investigations—one on either side of the border—that were actually two-sides of the same coin. But it's too late for that now; the plot is in place.
