Just a short oneshot that I decided to write using Norm De Plumes Scootaloo from The Spunky Chicken, a fave of mine. I promise to give a real update, hopefully by the end of the year

I just wanted to share this with my readers, because it's adorable.
This image was done by Nova Quill/Firimil It was inspired by my take on Fancy Pants and Fleur De Lis in both Green and the mature story A Swan Amongst The Ducklings.
I will now return to my dark cave in which I make ponies kiss.
I have really bad problems with writers block. As everyone who follows my stories knows, I usually have very large stretches in between every new chapter.
Its hard to keep focus on something when you plant your face into it and then proceed to wear it into the ground, so dividing my attention usually lets me still make progress in something when I do get around to writing.
Day one of the Paris trip, and I've already gotten to see one of the sights I've really been looking forward to -- the Arc de Triomphe.
I wrote.
Oh boy oh boy, did I write.
Am I terribly late? Like, few MONTHS late? Well, yes.
Do I have an excuse for it other than laziness and normal life stuff? Well, no.
But-
And hear me out here...
Boom. Almost 85,000 words at the ready.
How about it, huh?
Next on the train of movie write-ups... one of many controversial films by Martin Scorsese. "Taxi Driver."
(First watched July 26th, 2023.)
A friend of mine utterly hated this film. Having finally seen it for myself, I honestly kind of wonder if he and I watched the same movie.
Ladies and more muscular versions of ladies.
After months of trials and tribulations... here it is. Eventually.

Also, a quick info changing things for the better. As since things in my life more or less evened out, I'll try to have a more regular schedule of writing and updating. So... at least once a month, I think? Yay?
This is like that Dragnet ep where the officers are asked to rebuttal public opinion and Q&A on TV.
Wow! After posting the latest De-bunking, my detractors really threw a fit, and are still desperate to (UP TO ELEVEN) get my characters in trouble, Forgetting the concept and ideals, and even proving how retarded they are.
You making Rarity extremely out of character
Okay, so, as part of the BarCast, I'm now a Community Guest for BabsCon! No shit! All of us; Milk, Pencil, Flam, Priest, Enigma, and me! WOOO!
So, this is cool as shit! I never thought I'd be a community guest. I've been a Pannalist, even got a Press Badge by mistake and didn't abuse it. I could have. I SO wanted to meet with Tera Strong, Tabitha St. Germane, and Ashleigh Ball. Especially since I didn't get to even see Ashleigh Ball but from afar.
Today's song a slight deviation. In honor of St. Nicholas day, we're going to look at "Zie Ginds Komt de Stoomboot", a Dutch song children sing as they welcome the arrival of Sinterklaas.
Translated as "Look, Here Comes the Steamboat", children sing about how Sinterklaas (St. Nicholas) is travelling from Spain his his horse and the Black Peter(s) to deliver presents to them.
Brainwashed: To like Starfleet and feel sorry for attacking his sister in the original version. In the updated version, he's "merely" sent to an insane asylum instead.
Incorrect.
In the initial story, he was not brainwashed, he was put into a magical fantasy to help show him things (A bit like forcing him to watch a movie) and he was sent to the asylum in BOTH versions.
Not an easy watch by any means but one that I am glad to have seen all the way through.
Today's story explores the dance of love.
Pas de Deux

Like I mentioned in my last one of these, I've stopped reading through three at a time because I've been getting much busier, and will only be reading and giving my thoughts on stories that either get requested or recommended to me directly. So there's only going to be one story in this one, I'm afraid.
1. Fleur De Lis
2. Marble Pie
3. Diamond Tiara (after standing up to Spoiled Rich and became friends with the CMC)
4. Silver Spoon
5. Twist
6. Dinky Hooves
7. Aloe & Lotus
8. Cloudchaser & Flitter
9. Strawberry Sunrise
10. Coco Pommel

A-M section
It is often speculated that Twilight Sparkle was Raven's true target instead of Celestia
No, Raven's only true target is Celestia. The thing is... she was growing more and more frustrated with all her failed attempts, and she began to become willing to do anything to get at Celestia; even hurt or kill anyone that attempted to stop her, like Twilight.
SIDE NOTE: The scene in question takes place during the 15th episode of the 6th season of The Next Generation.
Okay, another of these ones before releasing the next chapter. As in the last one, I'll take the two more controversial elements from the last chapter and give my own two cents on the matter. Since these are editorials, they're written from a subjective point of view, all under only my hand without consulting the cor-writer, ngihtwalker. So, due to its nature, the editorial section is not intended to be taken as word of god, but more of a thought and debate exercise.
This one is going to be in a slightly different format. You see, the previous fics that I blogged about, "Back to School" and "Don't Come Close", were taken from my unpublished queue on fimfic, but this story is actually from my drive/gdocs.
